Jumping in piles of anything is amazingly fun. This summer I had the chance to jump in a massive pile of mulch and it was almost as great as leaves. Possibly better due to the lack of slugs. I never really considered what my parents had to deal with after playing in the leaves. Presumably they were delighted to have the extra exercise of raking everything up again, thus strengthening their bodies and extending their lives! You're welcome, parents.
